My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. Despite the great location right opposite the beach and being close to attractions, the room maintenance was a letdown with uncleaned beddings and a tiny room with a bad smell of spray paint. However, the breakfast served nearby was excellent and the peaceful location made it a good choice for the price overall.

The location, though small, was nice, clean, and very central, near the Brighton Conference Centre and the main promenade. The dining experience lacked breakfast options, and the price was good. The hotel had a facility for ribs.
